Following the trend is indeed very exciting, but if there is a side way market then we have to be patient because the market sometimes consolidates.

The use of trend follow is very much needed in this case because when you can follow the price direction in a good way. If you always open a position by following the price, then you can certainly get a much bigger profit than if you don't follow the price direction

we can read the trend in trading using several indicators, in my opinion it can be used for trading by following the direction of the existing trend, that's why many do it
