It's a big mistake for a trader if he doesn't make a trading plan, because I've also done this which has made me indebted to neighbors.

If in my opinion we can actually do over trade as long as we have a good system and already know the risks of forex trading

use large lots in noover trading and often hold minus plotting. those are the three big mistakes that are often made.
