Getting profits is definitely easy, what makes it difficult for us is setting unrealistic targets, usually people who set lots of targets will make it impossible for them to get it right.

 Getting profits is easy, but sometimes getting profits is also difficult depending on your target, so the profit and target are usually sustainable, the most important thing is not to be too big.

I really agree with what you say. I also feel that getting targets is more difficult than getting profits, but I try so that we continue to get targets consistently.

Getting a profit is the same as getting a target, so when you want to get easy profits, you have to be able to set small targets and apply realistic targets that you can use to be successful.

getting a target is difficult because there is something we have to achieve and it is mandatory, for example in one month we reach the target of 5% and that is a must which makes it difficult for us when we can't get there but when we just get any profit it is easy because there is no burden

In my opinion, getting a profit is easy, but actually getting a target is also easy if you set a small target, for example 1% or 2%. I'm sure you can do it because you're not burdened.

getting a profit is the same as getting a target, the difference is that when you get a profit you won't have a target, no problem and it's easier, but when you use a target it's certain and usually it will be difficult when your target is too far away.

My suggestion is that you focus on implementing targets that are easy and apply targets that are not too far away so that you can get high profits, the important thing is to be consistent even if you set a small target.  I'm sure you can apply it well later

If you want to be successful, you have to be able to set realistic targets because getting a target is quite difficult if it is too big, therefore you have to focus on winning.

In my opinion, what makes it difficult for us is usually high profits that exceed our capabilities and exceed capital limits.  We are wrong to use a realistic target of 3 to 9% which is important

getting a profit is indeed easy, not as difficult as when you get the target, but the problem here is that even though you get the profit, it's easy, you also have to be realistic.

If you want to be successful, you should get good profits easily because getting a target that is too long will be difficult, so it's better to make your target smaller first.

Looking for profits can take a long time depending on the period we use, we can even get profits in one month, which means this shows that looking for profits is actually quite difficult and not easy.
