In my opinion, of the 2 options you mentioned earlier, the most important is using large capital with small transactions. Why is that because this is a technique where we should trade with techniques that are comfortable and not frustrating, so don't just talk about big or small profits, but think about how we can be comfortable with a job

Mismanagement does indeed make us more stressed when in fact trading is simple, you don't have to rush to use trading, don't let it lose, you are stressed and frustrated.
