The point is we do not have a feeling of lazy and bored when we have to trading practicing in a demo account

I prefer to use a real account for practice but you can try for a demo account only if you are not used to it

When start trading in real account make sure only spend money that afford to lose first to improved trading skill, trading in real account will different psychology compared to demo account, losing real money can make emotion.

As a warning, don't use a real account for practice because it is very dangerous and it is not recommended to just use a demo account

anyone who trades forex for practice I emphasize never use a real account because it is very risky to trade without knowledge, you should use a demo account first as a start
