demo and real in my opinion is a complete package, traders must taste both types of accounts if you want to know how the sensation.

I strongly recommend training on a demo account, if the contest account is only a compliment, but if you are eager to use it, it doesn't matter.

demo and real are equally good for practice but should be adjusted to the needs and level of experience.

I recommend that you survive forex trading training on a Demo Account to be able to show consistent and good results. Be patient; remember that your goal here is to learn trading techniques, make a better trading system, and master trading psychology that you can later use when trading real.

I learned forex using a demo account until I could profit continuously. 
but when using a real account it feels very different and very difficult to get a profit. 
But now mentally is strong and it is not strange that with the name floating, it will be able to return profit.

You should practice first on a demo account until some time, if you are proficient at the demo then you can switch to a real account with small capital.
