using indicator settings or using regular indicators in my opinion is the same because what is most important in my opinion here is not the indicator but the confirmation of the momentum generated to open a position

Maybe what happens when we use default indicators is that we can see them in the past history of other people's accounts because of course many traders use default indicators.

In my personal opinion, it is better to use indicators that have been set, but I don't use indicators very often so I don't care whether I use set indicators or not because I use price action.

I think using the default indicators can increase your profit potential in forex trading. However, keep in mind that default indicators can also increase the risks you face because of their lagging nature.
