I use both, if I use the default indicator I will use fractals to mark support and resistance. If I use the setting indicator, I use the moving average indicator for periods 21 and 63, so I think using the setting indicator is better, but it all depends on market conditions.

actually the indicator is basically that when you don't make any settings it's already good because from MetaTrader we have seen that the indicators have been adjusted to their respective time frames but indeed sometimes we need a setting that we think suits our own character and it doesn't matter as long as those settings can make us more profitable and not make us lose
