Follow the trend but don't be too ambitious in following the trend by opening lots of lots so that your funds run out

in the method that I use there is no such thing as a follow trend or counter trend because I only confirm prices

Following directions is better than following directions so you don't get tired until you do a long analysis.

The best follow if you can at the beginning, but a good counter trend if you can at the end of the trend
