When you follow the trend then it becomes a good activity and in my opinion when you follow the trend you will get high profits you will get strong results so you can trade comfortably

In my opinion, which is better depends on how you trade and the indicators you use. If you are more profitable with counter trends, then of course it will be better for you.

To do a good Open position is to follow the trend. Never open a position against the direction because it is very dangerous for your own money, so make sure you follow the trend.

In my opinion, counter trends or following trends in trading are the same, what we do in trading must be in accordance with our mindset, for this reason we need to work hard to change mindsets that are still wrong.
