controlling emotions is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand, the more emotional we are in trading, the worse the results will be, it is better to stop for a moment and study what has happened until

Controlling emotions when we carry out forex trading activities is something that is needed by everyone. trader because controlling emotions is one of the things that is included in the key to success in forex trading. Controlling emotions is the right action when we trade. forex because when we can control our emotions well then our thoughts. become more stable and we won't get angry easily because when emotions get higher we usually won't be able to think rationally. doing everything possible so that we can get money and that's where our mistakes lie, it will all make us lose. So we should be able to manage our emotions stably.

Riding yourself of negative emotions is not easy. However, if these feelings are not released, this can actually cause negative emotions to settle within. Bad emotions in forex trading will cause more losses.

Sometimes what makes us broken is not a problem of analysis, not a problem of management, but what makes us broken is our own emotions. Control emotion is important to prevent us making reckless decisions. Forex trading with emotion usually trader will trade with fire, increasing lot size and relying upon luck. Control emotion properly can making trader discipline work based on rules, money and risk management.

These emotions are normal responses that occur as long as they are within reasonable limits. But if your emotions are too excessive then your account will have a margin call.

Controlling your emotions will be much more useful than being angry and unclear when you want to become a professional. You must be able to control your emotions well. Apart from that, we also have to update our trading methods if necessary, or in other words, we do an evaluation when we trade and open a position, we are not able to make results, don't be angry, don't be emotional, we have to be able to smile, we have to be able to prove that we can fight our own emotions and when you do that, every time you fail, then you will get used to it. with all that and you can organize your psychology well.
