Trading itself has a big risk so don't increase the risk by trading for revenge..because it can cause our trading to get bigger losses and cause us to regret..it's good to take a break after getting a loss to release emotions so that the mind returns to stability and want to do an evaluation in order to correct the mistakes made by us

Controlling an emotion can indeed make you understand better to take care of your psychology well because when you can't keep me relaxed properly, then you won't be able to control your emotions when you experience losses or even defeats so you can control them.

Controlling emotions of course is very important, especially when we trade foreign exchange which tends to have a high risk. So when you experience a change in direction, it's good you can control your emotions and immediately evaluate it, don't be too angry because it's useless
