being able to control emotions is the most important thing, besides having to be able to develop profitable strategies. strategy alone is not enough, the need for consistency, that is discipline in running a trading system.

emotions should not be ignored because negative emotions can destroy our account because trading with emotions then psychology will also be devastating, but it will also affect our mental and intuition.

When someone experiences loss, sometimes people want revenge with the intention that their losses can return quickly, but instead they sometimes lose more and more. I think the way is to stop trading for a few days.
