If you are an employee, you should just work full time for trading problems, you better use the help of signals or maybe you want to buy an EA, that's not a big problem, don't let you leave your main job.

Forex trading has flexible time, so many traders choosing forex as part-time, so they have scheduled for the main job and time for forex in separate time, if trader already has a profitable trading strategy, they can create robot trading based strategy. So they can works main job and trading still running.

from me, if you look at the time and how it works in forex, it's better, but if you look at it from a sustainability perspective, offline work is guaranteed. In my opinion, I still work offline, on the other hand, I work in Forex to increase my income
