Doing work and trading definitely has causes and effects, if you can't do it well the consequences will be bad for work and trading.

I think trading while working is like two weights being lifted at once, if one of them collapses and is unbalanced it will fall.
If you are not able to do both why do you have to force it.
Live the profession well, after it feels light and easy to add to other professions, such as trading.

The consequences for combining trading and real work are time consuming, more draining and mindful.
I think to compensate for this, I have to trade only at certain times, maybe 2-3x trades in one week.

Yes, forex is flexible, I think all trader here still treat forex as part-time trading, and for housewife, they can learn and treat forex as part-time business, but indeed if any housewife able to make money through forex, they must have good skill and also knowledge how to make money from forex business
