In my opinion there is no good time, it all depends on your analysis, your momentum and your free time to analyze so that later when you have found a good position it is the right time to trade.

Look at all the time frames, especially H1 and above and see whether there is engulfing or not, because if there is engulfing it means it is a good time frame at that time.

Time frames from M1 to monthly can all be used, so depending on your trading setup, in my opinion all time frames will function the same if we look at all time frames.
