I often trade using system indicators so I rarely use candles.

candlesticks are simpler and more accurate but more difficult to understand.

if you are having trouble recognizing candlestick patterns I suggest using the default mt4 indicator but if you are a naked trader type it's better to use my own price action also using price action but for beginners just use MA and BB
