is not a candlestick with the same indicator, sorry if I was wrong, but as far as I know candlestick is also part of the indicator, because the indicator is not only like the default metatrader, candlestick, heiken ashi, renko bar it is also an indicator

either candlesticks or indicators are the same if you are able to use well then the result will also be good, but if you can not use it then the result will also not be good

if I prefer to use indicators especially macd indicators because I usually use divergent and convergent techniques for open positions and you can also try it if you want

I prefer to use candlestick signals and confirmation candlesticks because that alone has made me profit and do not need additional other indicators anymore

it's better to use both because it's not always good to use candlesticks and it's not always good to use indicators so my advice is this is the main function for your trading system

If you can master candlesticks in my opinion, it's better because candlesticks don't repaint.

Because I rarely use indicators then I can say candlesticks are better than indicators because indeed the name candlestick is certainly about chart patterns so it is expected that you will receive even better results to learn to use candlesticks than indicators.

both candles or indicators both have their respective advantages and disadvantages if you use candles as information then it will be better to use than indicators So if you use indicators the results will be late
