If I felt bored, usually will leave the chart and do something else to avoid boredom, like as walking around the garden, or talk with friend through instant message,

Boredom is the main 'account killer' that needs attention. Maybe you are looking for the most profitable trading method or setup so you tend to change strategies, wait for trading signals, or change methods if the results are inadequate. How to trade that is not directed like that will indeed be boring.

it must be avoided boredom, cause losses, wait for the loss of boredom and wait for a good signal back to trade.
