if i feel bored, i will close my mt4 for a moment and want to go watch a movie or funny video so i don't get bored.

bored of trading then what I do is turn off the metatrader temporarily and go do something fun

Boredom can only be overcome by the way each trader and every trader has a different way of dealing with boredom, if it's from friends, maybe it's just a suggestion.

if you get bored, just take a break so that you feel bored, you don't need to force trading.

I've also been bored of trading especially when I lost in a row. what I do is I have a trading break for 1 week
