to get rid of boredom every trading day can also be done in a fairly simple and no-cost way that is to play the things that are preferred.

when we feel bored we can divert it to other things such as doing hobbies or gathering with family.

I recommend that we do activities outside of trading that can arouse our minds to trade again or refresh our brains to become fresher.

bored because monotonous activities are easy to overcome, just refreshing so that the brain is fresh and ready to trade again.

when we get to the point of getting bored try to get out of the house looking at the view and breathe fresh air so we can calm down and be eager to trade again. don't let boredom continue to descend on us, focus on our goals
