being bored when trading is very easy to overcome because it's just because you are tired of looking at charts.

In order not to get bored while trading I recommend trading while drinking coffee plus boiled peanuts and finally listening to music.

when we are tired of trading it's actually our body's reaction to fatigue, so maybe with a short break and do activities that make us relaxed then we continue
