when you are bored of doing something you better do something else first to get rid of boredom

Boredom may be faced when a trader doing the same thing many times, working every day maybe can make you felt bored, but just to finish work because it is your task, in trading, sometimes bored because many times face loss or bored to do the same thing every day, however, good mindset may help us to always keep to motivated.

when you're bored, try not to do anything first, rest first while you can sleep

I get bored of trading but look at it like a job. Don't spend all your freetime doing it and give yourself time off so that it doesn't feel like that's all you're doing. I take time away from trading with my kids daily and on weekends.

I agree with what you said because indeed someone who works constantly and does the same important thing will always be bored, therefore we need healing for ourselves.

bored you have to be able to trade well and you can do everything the right way so you don't get bored
