when you are bored you can take time to rest or you can take time to just watch television so your brain can too

If you are tired of trading then we just take a break. But I think if we make trading plans every day then the boredom in us should not come.

It's normal to be bored, especially considering you are someone who does analysis, maybe you can stop to do the analysis.

When you are bored, you should be able to adapt to your surroundings, for example, you stop first and then you rest or sleep or you are just lying down.

If you are bored of trading, maybe you can trade the swing way, you only open a position once a week and you see the chart only once a week, maybe this way you will not be bored.

When you are bored it is natural because when you can change it all so you don't get bored you will get useful results, preferably when you are bored you stop first for trading

If you are tired of trading, don't force it. Sometimes if we force to trade then we will lose and our trading will not be maximized. For that better rest first.

When you are bored you should be able to calm yourself first so you get something very special later so you can't do bad things.
