At the beginning of my study of forex, I was really surprised if there was a friend of a trader who said he was on leave of trading because it was saturated again. Understandably, at that time I was even more happy to learn trading, to the extent that even on weekends I would still open a trading platform for just tinkering charts, fibo pulls or trend lines. After a year, it turns out that I myself experienced moments of feeling bored trading. It's not boring at all, it's just not in the mood for an open position.
boredom is a natural thing so it can be overcome in various ways as we have done if we feel bored, by watching TV, sleeping, playing, sports and much more.
So the point is, don't feel guilty for taking a break. The balance of our lives must be maintained so that our psychological condition is also always healthy to face all conditions, including making decisions in trading.
A close look at the work of traders is often identical to the state of their transactions. But circumstances like this make traders sometimes bored, bored, but also feel tense when suddenly hit by a storm.
bored trading of course there is a cause. maybe because of loss or saturation. if you are bored, you can just do fun things to improve your mental condition.
market conditions that are not good and last long usually will also cause boredom.
bored means the mood is not good, so don't trade first. you can do a vacation or take a walk in the park.
get rid of boredom with what you like, better do your hobby or get together with family.
