Don't ever follow other people's words about not using a demo account to learn, that's a wrong and misguided assumption. It is better for you to use a demo account properly when you are successful by using your demo account directly using a real account. So don't use the contest account your goal in trading is to make a profit instead of dabbling

In my opinion, using a demo account and a contest account are both important and we have to as traders have to be able to choose which one is more important for us or not, but indeed for a demo account it must be used because it is for training for sure.

In my opinion if you are a beginner then just use a demo account. as it is suitable for beginners who want to learn the basics of trading, test new strategies or get to know trading platforms without risking losing their capital.
