Contest accounts have higher psychological pressure than demo accounts so I think contest accounts are almost equivalent to real accounts.

I choose both because each has its own level of psychology and benefits.

Usually contest account will leading trade being greedy, because they having a goal to accumulating as bigger as possible profit, hence they dare to use maximum lot size that allowed, this difference contest and real account

demo accounts or contest accounts are both very good for the learning process and are open position techniques

the difference between account types is definitely different but we don't choose which one is good, if I use it all so that we have trading experience in various types of accounts.

any demonstrations and contests in my opinion have the same psychological context because they haven't used private real deposit.

You can take part in demo contest, usually prize that offered in big number, if trader become one winner, hence they will get prize and these useful for capital trading in real account, but make sure to reading rules and term of contest

if for me a demo account will provide a good and interesting initial trading experience while for a real account it can be used to train psychology eventually.

the contest was only just to win, to learn better from the demo, the real cent account.
there's nothing wrong with learning while taking part in the contest. in a real cent account, good advice for learning is more emotional.

I prioritize demo accounts even now I still often use demo accounts to test EA, if my contest account is rarely interested.
