there are many similarities between control accounts and demo accounts but there are only a few differences between them.

demo account or contest account in my opinion the same difference is the demo account is more bus focus because it is not chasing prizes.

I prefer a demo account because it is very focused on trading practice than a contest account.

Contest accounts are almost similar to demo accounts because they do not spend capital. and our contest account will receive a prize if you win often.

between a demo account and a contest account is actually the same difference only in focus for practice or for prizes.

if to measure ability you should use a contest account because if you use a demo account to study then psychology and emotions will not be formed but if you backtest the system use a demo account because the demo account is only as an introduction

Contest accounts have a higher psychological pressure than demo accounts so I think the contest account is almost equivalent to a real account. Because at the time of the contest we are both psychologically sued too
