That's right, when the market is on the side way, it means that big players are waiting for something and after that the price usually moves quickly, so we have to be careful if there is a side way price.

If you are trading swings, then of course we need to avoid the side way market, but please note that if the market is side way, it means that it will create a supply or demand area and we can use that as a reference to enter the market.
