Allowing defeat or being sincere when you lose is something that is mandatory in my opinion because when you are sincere when you lose then later you won't be emotional and your focus will actually be on correcting mistakes instead of focusing on complaining.

The point here is to allow you to always be patient when you lose because if you don't allow yourself to lose, you won't be able to focus on getting big profits and you will always complain.

In my opinion, forex trading is not far from profit or loss. When you make a profit you will definitely be happy, but when you lose you also have to be able to let it go, you have to be able to allow the loss to come to you because that's what it is. So you don't always want to keep making profits.
