When your lifestyle is healthy then you will also be healthy when your lifestyle is regular then your trading will also be regular.  So it all really depends on your lifestyle the better your lifestyle the better at trading foreign exchange

In my opinion, this can be used as a parameter that we can use to judge someone's trading success, meaning that the more quality of life they have, the more successful their trading will be.
