We can't get 80% accuracy right away. All of that requires learning. All of that requires practice. Because after all, with that level of accuracy, there will definitely be a lot of experience that we will gain.

In my opinion, accuracy depends on usage. When you keep training, keep using the same method, keep using the same technique. I think that will allow you to have a system with high accuracy.
