Not all knowledge can be learned easily, even though you have learned from seminars, maybe the knowledge is not suitable for you. In my opinion, knowledge must suit your comfort, so look for knowledge that suits you.

Everything will feel difficult if you don't want to try, but if you study diligently every day, you routinely use trading well, I'm sure whatever the knowledge, you can master it easily.
