in my opinion it is very possible because there are many technicalists who are successful just by relying on the indicators that exist in the trading system, I'm also technical, it's just still not able to profit consistently.

I'm sure there are successful traders with technical analysis alone, but still traders need to be aware of fundamental news or other unwritten fundamental issues.

Use money managemt if you want to get a good profit for every mont because with that your trading it will be more regular and for consistent profit i think its hard but the important thing is we do the best based on our skills.
