1 hour to 2 hours is enough and even then it is used for a long period of time because analyzing it is actually easy if you use a pattern.

I only use half an hour, usually half an hour and even then I only see the support and resistance points

The ideal analysis should be no more and not too long, the analysis only looks at how the market structure.
