Trends are friends When you talk about a trend to be able to observe a trend that you can use to trade correctly.

For me the key is to zoom out and see what the range of the trend is. Is price aiming for a high or low. How far along is it to reaching that price point. Does that mean price is in a premium or discount. Simply following the trend is no good without understanding where you sit on the route of that trend.
