Every trader must have a favorite time to trade, like a trader who likes trading in a market session, he will always trade in that market with the reasons of habit and comfort.

I agree and your opinion is right. If we already have a favorite time for trading, of course we will be more disciplined, whatever the conditions when we trade at that time, surely we can control ourselves and we will definitely understand the character of price movements in a market session.

I think trading hours are quite good when I think we can trade comfortably and most often get valid signals, it means trading hours are in accordance with the strategies we have and use.

so that we can make optimal trading we really have to look for the right hours or trading times and it's relative because each trader has its own time suitability, but in general the European market is the most suitable one.

every trader has their own trading style and strategy and every strategy has a different trading time so in my opinion good trading time is relative.

there are some effective and recommended trading times such as the European session, the American session or when the market is in normal condition and can be in any session as long as it suits the style and strategy that we have.

In trading we must be able to choose the time, especially for parttime traders, must know the division of time in busy trade such as the European zone and America.

Trade using calculations and analysis then we also set profit targets and stop loss, then anytime we will profit. I think the most profitable time for trading is when there is a system signal.

The most effective trading time in my opinion is when we have free time and when we often get trading signals when we build a trading system until we can validate our system.

I often order 4-hour timeframes and quite usually get a profit. Although not too large, maybe you could say that in the European session to start a trade.

good trading hours are very relative, so traders can choose their own free time and find the right and effective time to trade to suit their systems and strategies.

in my opinion a good trading time is around 8 pm and at the time there were large transactions in several pairs so that the volume and volatility were blocked.

good trading is not when the trading time but our suitability in a market session, if we match the Asian market session it cannot be said to be suitable with the European session.

there are four trading sessions that we can use to transact, from each of these market sessions the one I like best is the american session, because in the session or opening hours the market is more aggressive
