it's the same, depending on the trader strategy, if I prefer longterm, trading is more relaxed with small lots.

if in my opinion it's better longterm because if you are beginner and play short tem then you will quickly lose the type of scalping is not suitable for beginners to play and too risky

good is certainly longterm but here is weekly as a reference so you trade weekly not monthly and look for signals on the H4 timeframe because it is more accurate and has a small risk

I think the long term is more efficient than the short term, because it is based on a long time and the benefits are definitely big. besides that a lot of free time to take care of other things.
