Using a high time period is indeed effective as long as you can use a high time period.  So during that time you can gain the ability to carry out activities appropriately

In my opinion, it's better to try trading long term because it will make us more stable when trading, rather than scalping which will make us emotional when opening positions.

The point here is that using the long term is better than using the short term both analytically and when you open a position for investment because when you use the short term the opportunity to get a good trend is small because our vision is small.
