Short or long periods of time are both good depending on who you use. If you use a long period of time then you will succeed well.

Long term use is indeed important for us to use because after all long term use is better and can be used more appropriately.

If your emotions are not yet stable then of course I suggest long term trading, your unstable emotions will make you stressed when trading short term, especially if you try scalping.

In my opinion, using a short or long time period is the same, the important thing is that you can focus on running it well, the results can make you consistent.
