I am calmer. When you use the long term, using the long term is more special because when you use the long term well, you can get more accurate results or method information.

We should be able to try to use a long time period in my opinion here because when you use a long time period you will automatically train your patience and at the same time you can train discipline to wait for momentum or open the right position according to the direction of the trend.

Using a long period of time is actually very effective for you because using a long period of time has a clear function for trading and finding valid information so that you can trade comfortably.

If I have an urgent need, I actually prefer short-term trading. I tried to look for opportunities in smaller TFs like M15 because of course there are more opportunities that appear there. But I am also careful in determining risks even when trading short term.

Initially I used short term, but after it didn't suit me and I often made mistakes. Finally I decided to use long term, not too long, maybe one day or one week using that time frame and I felt comfortable

Whether it's short term or long term, in my opinion, both are good. If used correctly, when you use short term you can get profits quickly.  If you use it long term you can use it for investment every month
