Risk reward only makes a system of restrictions, whether 1 = 20 pips or 30pips does not have rules, and the risk reward goal is to make a comparison of a balanced trading system.

If you want to have a good Risk Ratio we can use the Harmonic method because there we can get a RR of 1: 4

Trading with Risk Ratio will be safer, with RR will control the trading value so that its use is limited to SL and TP.

Risk reward ratio is very much needed in trading, even many traders are not aware of the importance of risk reward ratio and often just set targets inconsequentially.

Risk reward ratio in forex is the same as increasing the probability of profit compared to the loss that occurs so RRR is very important and useful in our trading.

It would be nice if we use RR above 1: 1, because it will be a holly grail for us, if we use RR 1: 3, then we get Stop loss 6 and TP 4, then we can still profit.

RR is also not just determining targets and SL only. An analysis of resistance support must also be performed.

Risk reward will be successful if supported by a good psychologist so as not to change the existing strategy.

Never tried this strategy, it looks very good risk reward 30:60. The application is just SL and TP or is there something else?

Risk reward ratio is one part of risk management, but sometimes traders do not apply it because it only applies to the use of lots or the number of transactions deemed sufficient for them.

We can use risk reward ratio to minimize risk and maximize the profit that we will target. RRR is usually made twice the existing risk to increase profit potential.

Risk Reward better known by the abbreviation RR, in my opinion including Money Management which is popular among traders.

This Risk Reward, allows to cover many losses with different schemes, it can be 1: 1, 1: 2, 1: 3 or even more. Risk Reward must be learned for traders.

A good risk reward ratio in my opinion must be adjusted to our trading style, lest the SL and TP placement do not fit our strategy or tend to be forced because RRR must be realistic and we have mastered it well.

The risk reward ratio is a trading system with the safest management method, RR is very good for consistent trading, especially with large capital with this very good strategy.

The application of risk reward ratio is also the same as the implementation of SL and TP based on the right calculation so if we often do transactions with the installation of SL and TP we should also simultaneously apply the risk reward ratio.
