I like to use reversals usually when doing reversals I do do in areas of strong support and resistance and that I look at long periods of at least 4 hours up to 1 week that way the results will be bigger

In my opinion, the best direction reversal is when you use a time period above one day because in my opinion when you use under 1 hour it is a mistake and you will definitely lose even in the support and resistance area
