Before opening the position we must be prepared to suffer losses because of that way we can easier to use when suffering losses. Therefore it is highly recommended to always limit losses to each position we open. There are even senior traders who advise me not to open positions if they don't know where to put Stop Loss

important in my opinion to want to accept our losses and appreciate it, because when we can do that we will be able to make peace with our losses

Appreciating our defeat is something positive when we can appreciate our defeat well then we will be able to control our emotions well so that we can act positively in the future
