Every trader certainly has their own target and when you talk about realistic it generally means it is 10 to 15%, but it all really depends on who is running it. Does it use its own target or not

we really have to test the use of realistic targets because when you don't test these realistic targets then you won't be able to be consistent it's best to use small targets to make it easier

The common realistic target is indeed 5% to 10%, but you can choose between those which one is more suitable for you, the important thing is not to reach 50%, it's not a business, it's gambling.
