In forex trading there are three kinds to shaped good trader, the first is having profitable trading strategy, then second having good money management, and third having good psychology trading, this related to mental trading.

you can learn to train your technique in maybe 3 or 6 months but you cant train your emotion or pshycology in that amount of times, it takes year before you master it. some pro in trading forex maybe take years to train their pshycologycal mind
