mental is not the opposite of trading but in trading that there must be a strong mentality if the psychology is being destroyed. therefore the most important trading science is mental and psychology first

I think mental belongs to the category of psychologists which deals with the thoughts and emotions of a trader.
This means that mentally it is very important to be trained to be strong to face forex markers.
