pips in playing forex is the distance between the opening price and the new price

need special understanding about pips in pair cross and exotic pair because the rebate given by the broker is different from the main pair for the pair.

understanding pips from what I know is the nominal number of a pair of the last 4 digits for example the price of eur / usd 1.1110 going up to 1.1150 means it's 40 pips.

pips are points or units of movement in forex trading. usually if you have a profit target, it is in the form of pips.
