How do you do that so you don't do many open positions, you don't open too many positions because when you like to use a lot of open positions, you will definitely find it difficult later to develop your account because you have used all of your margins in one open position.

Overcoming overtrade can be done by making a journal whose contents are how many times you open positions in a day or if you want more intention you can write a journal whose contents are open positions a maximum of 5 to 6 times a week that's what I do So you can avoid too many unqualified open positions

a good way to overcome over trade is when you do a mindset that makes you afraid to lose money because when you use too many open positions you actually use very bad management so from now on you don't use too many open positions
