overcoming over trade does require a strong mental and psychology so that it is not easily swayed because over traders will once appear to traders who lack discipline in applying trading rules, especially when trading.

Overcoming trade must start from yourself, we must see a flashback where we are often greedy and over trade and find out what causes it, so we will be able to get a solution.

over-trade can indeed have a negative impact, especially if done without a strong foundation or just do it. To overcome it, we actually return it to our trading plan and discipline whether we are able to obey it properly or not.

Forex trading should not be excessive, if you already get a target trading profit you should trade stop and rest.
don't be too greedy to pursue excessive profits.

how to overcome over trade in my opinion is not easy as long as the trader is not aware of the importance of risk management, but after the trader knows the importance of MM and RM it will be easier and will not do over trades again.

actually if a trader always obeys the trading rules well then over-trading is not a problem anymore, so that we don't over-trade we must always obey the existing trading rules.

Over trading can occur because of greed, the way to overcome over trade is to be disciplined, traders should have a daily target to limit their trading so they don't over trade.

The way to deal with overtrade is by trading planing, before trading make a trading plan for 1 or more days.
when the planing is finished with successful results, make the next plan.
in this way you will not experience over trading.
